The journey kicks off with a personalized fitness assessment and a nutrition consultation, ensuring we understand your unique needs and aspirations.
How often do I attend classes?
Participants attend two specially crafted classes per week, specifically designed for those who are at the starting line of their fitness adventure.
Is Nutrition Included in the plan?
Absolutely! You’ll have regular check-ins with your dedicated nutrition coach to fine-tune your dietary choices, ensuring they align with your health and fitness objectives.
How is my progress monitored?
We stay engaged with your journey, adjusting your fitness and nutrition plan as needed to ensure it remains aligned with your evolving goals. Your success is our priority!
What is the cost?
The cost for your fitness assessment, 4 Nutrition consultations, 12 Group classes is $500 or $175 per month. Many of our successful members want to do it with a friend or partner – you do get a discount for 2 people of approximately $25 per month.
You are able to make monthly payments (3) with the first one due upon registration and the second due Feb 1, 2024.
